Will Center Parcs refund the difference automatically?

No. If your booking came with their Price Promise, you have 5 days from the price falling to contact them and ask. We tell you when to ask. The asking is yours. More on how the Price Promise works.

What counts as "what I paid"?

The total on your booking confirmation, including anything you added at the time. That's the number we compare against, so use it as it is.

How often do you look?

Standard is free and runs as capacity allows, usually once a day, behind Premium. Premium is £2.99 once and guaranteed: every 4 hours for prices, every 30 minutes for stock. There's also a button on your watch page if you want us to look right now.

What does Premium get me?

A guaranteed slot in every run. Standard watches queue behind Premium and get looked at as capacity allows. Premium is checked every 4 hours for prices and every 30 minutes for stock, every time, so a drop is caught within hours and more of the 5-day claim window is left. Premium price watches also get a reminder the night before activity booking opens for the break, and an email if a bigger lodge drops to what you paid. Lowest-price watches can add the week either side. You can upgrade a Standard watch at any time from its page.

Will a sold-out lodge come back?

Often not. Lodges reappear when someone cancels or changes their booking, and we can't make that happen. What we can do is look every 30 minutes on Premium and tell you when it does.

Is there a quicker way than filling the form in?

Forward your Center Parcs booking confirmation to [email protected]. We read the village, dates, lodge and total from it and email you back a link with everything filled in. Check it, pay, done.

Which villages are covered?

All of them: the five in the UK on centerparcs.co.uk, and the 28 across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Denmark on centerparcs.eu. European prices are read in pounds, the way the English site shows them.

Are you Center Parcs?
